I'm not sure what took me so long to get in and try one of their crepes, but ever since it opened this past summer, Crepelicious has captured the hearts, minds, and stomaches of all it touches. I had always made crepes at home- cooking them and rolling them into tiny delicious breakfast tacos before dowsing them in syrup. My crepe taste was anything but refined.
Crepelicious offers a variety of interesting flavor combinations and unique flavor profiles that i had never considered in the realm of 'crepe'. My boyfriend is far more adventurous than me and ordered a 'Brie, Fig and Bacon' crepe. He loved the combination of flavors and textures!
Upon entrance and first menu glance, I immediately zero in on the Fruit and Nuetella stuffed crepe. A vegetarian, my bacon eating days are over and my choices can sometimes be limited. When I tell you that I am the happiest person in America while indulging in this Fruit and Nuetella crepe, I mean the happiest person in America.
Crepelicious features an adorable french inspired interior- complete with wall art and decorative seating.
They also carry bubble tea which is AMAZING. I love the atmosphere inside and look forward to my weekend brunches. The staff is so incredibly kind- business owners underestimate the power of excellent customer service. The young wait staff is incredible. The owner is equally lovely, working hard behind the counter and always greeting customers with a smile. I'm already looking forward to this Sunday morning :)

Good reviews help potential clients have confidence in trying a new restaurant. I have heard so many fabulous things from studio clients that I felt compelled to try it myself. Positivity goes a long way!
For all of my vegan friends and followers: Making the transition to a completely vegan diet has been challenging for me. I'm cutting out dairy in the same fashion that I did meat- one product at a time. I have officially stopped drinking milk: I've found really great vegan alternatives for yogurt, milk and cheese. I've done a little digging to find a workable recipe for you to try at home! The best part about this recipe is you don't need an egg replacement. If you've never made crepes before, you don't know that they are mainly egg, butter and flour. If you can't get out to try one of the delicious pieces from Crepelicious, you can at least try one of your own! Let me know how your cooking experience goes and if you have any suggestions for tweaking the recipe. Looking forward to your feedback! Click here to check out the vegan crepe recipe!
